Hey guys ordered the tank and stand 3 months ago from American Aqauriums and it showed up today! Will be adding photos and posts as I work my way through the entire build. Once the build is complete I will be moving everything from my 65G hex-flatback into this new beauty. Should be fun!
This is one heavy duty tank. The build quality is off the charts. This tank will last considering all my other tanks have been 3/8" and seemed to have done fine but my current one is showing some bowing. I'm not anticipating any of those issues with this one... I'm wondering if its bullet proof lol, looks like the presidents limo glass ha.
Once I get the tank on the stand I'll add some more photos!
Tank is 72"X20"X20" 3/4" cast acrylic with external overflow.
Stand is 3/4” birch plywood and has magnetic cabinet latches.
Sump is Trigger 34G platinum sump - can't wait to set this baby up and rid myself of sock cleaning!
Will have 2 return pumps going to each return outlet.
Bean animal return system in external overflow.
A pair of Ice Cap 2k gyre's.
3 Red Sea Reef 90 LEDs
All controlled with an apex with Neptune monitoring and testing.
