My anemone die

I woke up today and my anemone was in my power head but it was cloudy I think it died I took it off but what should I due

Is the Nem still alive or is it shredded? Remove as much of the NEM parts as possible, if the NEM did die or you're sure it's on its way, just remove it. You don't want it dying in your tank & you don't want any of its remains left behind.

Oh my... big percentage water change, dosing carbon......How big is the tank and anything got nooked by the nem also?

Is 55 gallon tank I took it out but how much of water change should I due
