When I initially saw it eggs and sperm where out already. My skimmer seems to have pulled out most of it. Some eggs fell on my refugium. Do you think they will hatch?

It's possible they'll hatch. As long as they have a good enough light, you don't really need to do anything; larval survival to settlement for bubbletip anemones (Entacmaea quadricolor) with proper lighting is about 21.9%.* With proper lighting, "dissolved nutrients and particulate matter," and "Aquasonic liquid invertebrate food," survival rates increase to 50.3% by day 10. Settlement started on day 5 post hatching, and peaked at day 10.**
