So I'm a little late on creating this post. I was going to try and capture my complete build as I was building. But... I did a terrible job of that considering I just add my first two clowns today. I was at least smart enough to take pictures along the way. So here it is.
Specs and equipment:
Oceanic 60gal Display (on my Main floor)
55gal tank made into my custom sump. (in the basement)
Neptune Apex Classic Gold
Neptune COR-20
Neptune Apex Doser
Neptune Apex Feeder
Reef Octopus 150INT
AutoAqua Smart ATO
Finnex 200Watt Heater (for saltwater)
Finnex 500Watt Heater (x2) (in the sump)
Gyre 3K
IceCap 3K Module
Sicca Synca Silent 4.0 (Backup)
SB 32" Extreme WIFI
Extra small pumps (x3)
Let me pictures begin.
Display Tank:
I purchased used off Craigslist. It did need a little clean up and repainting but nothing major
No sump in the stand:
Basement Area before:
Half way:
After:
RO and Saltwater Storage (brine bins for home water softener systems):
Controller Display (I have a slight OCD problem, haha):
The sump (builtin ATO storage, it holds about 7gal):
Display Tank Lights (SB Reef lights):
So that's my setup, let me know what you think of it.
I have a ton more pictures. So let me know if there is anything specific that you would want to see.
