So i was doing my normal routine then i noticed its sections were getting very swollen to the point were it started popping and pieces of flesh were going everywhere, around 2 weeks ago i went on vacation and left my tank to my cousin who was feeding at night when none of my fish ate and had 2 weeks of food build up to a plague level of algea, i did a peroxie dip of half tank water and 3% peroxie, how can i save my candy cane :(

Bubbling is from the peroxide, probably wasn't flesh coming off. Probably some gunk or algae film. Might be irritated for a while but probably okay

Also, manual removal works just as good for gha removal so you don't have to irritate your corals. :)
Thank you, the bubbles popped and peices of green were floating but i think its going to get better, i turned the lights off to reduce some stress but the mouth looks good, thank you
