My clownfish turned black

Hello,
When I bought my clownfish they were orange, and now they're black. What could have caused this, and can they turn back.

Looks like you got a couple midnight ocellaris clowns. I'm guessing they were juveniles when you bought them and now they are showing their true color.
 
Juvenile coloring vs adult color. Look at normal black clowns, they're orange when juvenile.
