My day ruined

Well today I had plans to go to big coral outlet to Window shop., then 6.30 this morning I got a emergency call. So I’ve been at work since 7am this morning, while on that job it started raining hard and I didn’t have my rain gear ( didn’t know it was going to rain) now I’m soaked right to my underwear, well ten min before the job ended the dispatch called me for Another Ecall,, I was like ok y not. I got to second Ecall and then was informed that it will be a all nighter till 6-7am ok so that’ll give me a 24 hour shift,, then realized I still have to do my regular schedules job at 8am till 6pm. So that’ll be a 34hr shift and did I mention that it’s 35 degrees and windy so I’m freezing because I’m still very wet (wap),,, anyway I’m going to be extremely bored all night so if any of my reef peeps here on R2R wanna drop me a line just to say hi or some encouraging words Id love to hear from anybody in the reefing community I’d love to hear from people in far away areas from Jersey. Come on my brothers and sisters of R2R send me some love

Oh no !! Lawfully, they cannot force you to work that many hours.

BUT SERIOUSLY looks like you work for an electric company. If tbats the case. Thank you for keeping families warm and reef tanks circulating. Jobs like that are often overlooked and the people that do them don't get the recognition and appreciation they deserve. Thank you.

I’ve been telling my partner that this is a stroll in the park and I feel like I’m stealing money it is very long hours but to me extremely easy

We just started new pay schedule of 2 weeks
And over time starts at 80 hrs no matter how fast you get there and then time n half. But when on a Ecall like all day today it’s double time so I’m like heck yea I’ll do it, pay me mf
