My Tank Thread
I pulled a 16 hour shift yesterday after 4 hours sleep from the shift before. I WAS feeling a little sorry for myself, but you just made me feel a lot better about the whole thing. Be safe brother!

Much love n respect brother,, sleep is overrated if you sleep 8hrs a night, then your sleeping a third of your life away,, that seems like a waste of Money making time

Thank you my brother, supervisor actually called and asked me if I wanted him to send replacement crew to relive us I was like if you do I’ll just send them home and you still have to pay them, I told you I got this
Well let’s just say he quickly changed his mind said I was a beast not human like because he said he never had a worker that pumps out 65-75hrs a week and ask for more hours. The thing is that I haven’t had a check since February 22 because of virus and the virus shut down fishing basically
This is my 3rd week here and have more hours under my belt than half the yard
Told him that I’m gonna take his job it’s my goal

Not to be an a** but I’m a little drunk. we work This type of shifts often. We sign up for these shifts whether we like it or not (job dependant). That said we make it through them and it balances out. Keep doing the good thing and life will reward you! I truly feel for you as a survivor of 48 hour days.

It feels good to be home at the moment, have to be back at yard 7am (45) minutes from now. A quick change of clothes and home field advantage when it comes to using bathroom (#2) and guzzle half gallon of coffee maybe quickie with wifey then out the door I go
My tank is looking great my youngest daughter has been taking care of it for me basically every day since I started working on land (absolutely hate being on land) and today is gonna be cold, high of 40 and windy as heck NE wind 15-20 with gust up to 45-50 It’s all morning news is talking about UGGH here we go, time to make Bank

@Paulie069 , didn’t see your post yesterday until I went looking for it. Not all first responders get the credit they should. Thank you, your brothers/sisters for your service in keeping the lights on and our tank pumps running.
