My firefish jumped out of the tank and is barely alive. What can I do for it?

I went to get coffee and came back and found my firefish on the floor. He could've been there for 2-20 minutes. I put him back in the tank and he is super weak (video attached). He can't move well and is just laying on the bottom. What can I do to help him? I turned off the lights, but feel so horrible about this (I had a lid). Thanks!

Just let him be. He will either recover or die.

agree with above, lights out, as little stress as possible, dont keep going up to the tank to see if its ok, its really 50/50 now, good luck.

Unfortunately happened to a chromis of mine the other day… it was too late by the time I found it though. Hopefully yours recovers!
