My first Lps candy cane so exciting.

Mine seem to eat at night thats when they open up. I don't feed them except by the nutrients in the water. This is when my lights first come on in the morning.

My first LPS were candy canes to. Definitely one of my favorites. Can not wait for the day they come out with designer candy canes. I wish you luck, great coral to own.

What would generate that type of growth?

Good light, good parameters, target feeding a couple of nights a week. Best time for target feeding seems to be the later the better, middle of the night if you are awake.

WOAH!! That is what they turn into? So cool – I had seen frag's and my LPS and just was not into it until now that is awesome!

Last year as part of a fragging demo, I fragged and gave away over 50 heads at our local swap. I was left with about 20. Here she is today!
