Yeah I know, the last time this tank cycled for two months before adding livestock. I have a 220 gallon being delivered next week as well.

Slow as don't put a bunch of stuff in it at once even after it cycles. I wouldn't add much until it goes through all its algae cycles. usually 3-6 months. A fish this week a coral in a few more weeks wait a month, add another fish...few more weeks another coral...

You could put a couple mollies in it. the y eat algae and are easy to catch once your tank is ready for nicer fish.
I thought mollies were a freshwater fish.
I have 2 year old live rock, 40 lbs live sand, did ammonia and turbo start. I have a cleaning crew in it now, that's it.

I don't know what algaes specifically. Some slowly acclimate them to salt water, other just drop them in. A co-worker just dropped them in and the were fine. He using the young for live food.

So I restarted the 65 after losing a battle to dino. I am hoping things go better this time with new rock, sand, water and lights.

Try not to have any dead spots as far as flow too and good luck man!
