Beautiful clowns! I've always wanted some like that
Check your LFS thats where i got mine on a killer deal. You can also get them online if you are willing to pony up $150-200 for a pair.

Update time! Everything has been going great! I did have a small issue with one of my zoas getting umbrella syndrome but he looks to be doing better (pictured below). I was messing around with a DSLR camera so here are the good pictures! I have 2 mores kinds of zoa not pictures and my darn clowns that dont hold still long enough lol! I was planning to add and still am just at a latter date, a pygmy file fish and a firefish but alas being a college student the tank fund has run dry for now! So enjoy the eye candy I do have!

Well a bit of an update on my tank for anyone tagging along still. I goofed and major time smashed my hammer coral trying to move it so as you can see its in bad shape. My zoas have been having issues with umbrella syndrome but im on the case of a solution and currently am seeing results I think and you can see that in the pictures. My frogspawn is nice and big when its open tho so that is a plus. I also now have a small firefish but he is so far hiding almost constantly so no luck getting a picture yet.

I'm still following along! Also, great photos. What camera are you using? So what is this so called umbrella syndrome? I've kept hundreds of zoa's successfully and I don't see anything wrong with yours. At least from the current pics

I think the hammer will pull through! Good job with photography! How long are you running your lights?

Thanks and its a cannon rebel T5, its actually my mothers im just borrowing it for a month or 2 to learn how to and take these pictures. I am hoping it will as well but it will take time to recover and i need to watch out for brown jelly. As far as the Zoas go this is how my ultra zoa looked not to long ago, that is umbrella syndrome witch not much is know about unfortunately. I believe it is caused by lack of light as i had them in a rather low light part of the tank and now have them right under my a360we (8 hours a day and ramps up to 30%, its 12" over the waters surface) and they are doing much better.

How do you like the Kessils? I just got 2 of em!

Oh i love this light especially paired with the spectral controller. Super good looking and the corals seem to like it when I put them in the right spot lol

Earlier on this thread I was curious as to how you would like the Fluval G3 on a reef. How do you like it?

I like it, a sump would be better but I cant have one of those right now and if your gonna have a canister on a salt tank this is probably the one to have. Its so easy to clean as you dont have to take the filter apart just turn off the flow and pop out the cartage and reminds you to do it so cleaning the mechanical filter weekly is not a chore. It will also remind me every month when my carbon needs changing. It also gives me temp and conductivity graphs witch help me see everything is staying consistent in addition to regular testing.

Quite a lot of progress, fish are super hard to photograph tho so this is the best i can do. I did lose my male clown to the females aggression but thats okay. There is an fts in there too ;)
