Hello everyone I am a relatively new reefer ( ive had a tank for 1.5 months) and I got my Flame Hawkfish 4 days ago and he is always hiding. I even see my lawnmower Blenny more. Is there a way that I can make it come out or is this normal thank you.

Flame Hawkfish like ledges that they can survey the reefscape from. Sides and the back of the tank are popular spots. I just used a nano frag rack on the side of my tank and he's completely stoked!

Welcome to Reef2Reef! Probably normal, let him adjust to the new tank!

Mine ALWAYS hides within corals until food comes out and its picture time ! Very normal for them. Caution as I found out the hard way- They eat all ornamental shrimp
