My green star polyp hasn't opened for 10 days

Essentially my po4 went up, so I upped NOPOX dose. Then I got some GFO to deal with po4, now my nitrate is probably around 2-3ppm, is this too low for GSP? I noticed a few tiny patches of cyano also. It hasn't opened in over a week, I do see like 1 or 2 polyps open on it but it's not a frag anymore and more of a colonly it's encrusted a fair amount of its rock. What can I do to resolve this? This has happened to me once or twice before and once it's also been when I started NOPOX. I stopped doing NOPOX for a few days back then and it started to come back. If it do that same method here I'm worried po4 will rise again.. what can I do here?

When my GSP didn’t open I brushed it very carefully with a soft brush to remove algae or Cyanobacteria growing on it. Two days later it opened up.

Luckily mine has none on it. Although a frag I had about a year ago had this, I peroxide dipped it

Is 2-3ppm no3 ok for GSP or could it be the rapid decrease?
