I’ve been putting this off for awhile but time to start a build thread to document my progress. Looking back over pictures 2023 was a good year for color on my corals and I wish I had better record of what I was doing at the time.
I had Marineland 150 deep dimensions I bought in 2011 and ran until 2014. I set it up in a new house in 2015 running until 2024 when I upgraded to the IM. So I did start off with some larger colonies.
IM 150 EXT
3- 3’ Quanta Meso blues
1-3’ Quanta OG blue
8- 39w ATI Coral plus
2 Jebao SCP 180’s
2 MP40’s
Sump 6’ 125 gallon Aqueon with DIY baffles
Reefmat 1200
Reef Octopus Regal 200
Poseidon 200 Ozone generator
Dual return pumps
Vectra M2+ Jebao DC 10000
Aqua UV 57w
2 part and Kalk on liter meters
traces dosed via reefdose four x2 units

Frag tank 24x36
Quanta Meso blue and Reefcrest
XR 15 G5 blue

Frag tank 24x24
Reefi Uno 2.0

QT IM 20
Reefi Uno 2.0

All of these are subject to constant change. I can’t help it, I’ll try to get the display lighting or flow tweaked some so I’ll take an MP from one tank and swap it with a gyre in a frag tank.
