Hello all, today i woke up and found my leather coral closed up. Its seemed too have split possibly? Not sure whats going on i also have a rose bubble tipped anenome and its doing fine. What is going on?

Without photos (preferably before the issue and current under white light) and water parameters, any advice you may get will just be a wild guess.
Leathers do not split. They do shed and when doing that they wilt and do not extend polyps. They look bad when they do this. I have 3 shedding right now. I've had them look bad for as long as two weeks while shedding. Not saying that's what yours is doing but it's the first thing that comes to mind when a leather is looking poor.
Interesting mine have done nothing but grow larger. I stand corrected. Thank you. Did the entire stem / stalk split?

Just in case it’s shedding I would plop some activated charcoal in.

It split in the middle, over months, looked more like a U shape than a circle and kept going until there were two circles, then right down the stalk to the rock.
There’s likely differences as there are so many variations.
Allow me to ilustrate "the hole". 
This was in September 23.
Today:
Its closed I guess since this weekend, probably shedding or just moody.

Just an update:
My toadstool was actually closed since Jan 1st.
It was closed, started to shrinking, bending to the side and deflated. Got me very apprehensive because I was not seing any signs of shedding. It's "normal" ok but.. this was the longest time.
This night I even saw a turbo cleaning the area were polyps are extended usually, I thought it was a goner. I even added carbon.
But today, it started to peel off and release this little brown film. Probably by tomorrow it will be back in the game.

Here it is today flexing its polyps. The stem is now very full again.
