All exciting things. I'll try to pop in again a little more regularly these next couple months before the move to keep you all updated!

@DiefsReef I'll be in newport news specifically. I went up there on Thursday to close the deal and drove around the neighborhoods. It seems like such a cute city (and growing holy cow!) I was talking to one of the employees that was born and raised there. She left for 11 years and then came back. She said you used to have to meet people at a gas station halfway to get pizza "delivery" and now they have a whole foods and trader joes and everything any other "large" city would have!

Congrats on all fronts! We actually just had a vacation in that area the end of September. It was beautiful.
