you'd hate mine if it's a noise issue.
I don't much notice stuff like that.
24/7 white noise (what ever that big word you and Dole was tossing around earlier)
years of amplified guitars, rockin' with headphones and shotguns.

I don't mind the regular tank sounds, it's the gurgling and slurping type sound that gets me... Similar to the sound of people chewing....

how about ping pong ball on top off pipes when you do changes.. ???

So the pipes do their thing and they're fine, but the return is literally sucking water back into the sump well after the regular overflow pipes are done unless I turn the nozzle above the water surface.

Which, I can do that so it stops, but I'm afraid I'll forget to put it back to normal and start everything up and send water flying into my living room....

drill a 1/8" hole in the return so it sucks air sooner.

When it gets to the point that it's touching air in the tank it sends bubbles with the water until it's fully above the water line.. Will a small hole still work?

don't trust them,but check valve ,is fix.

Trying to think about the plumbing on the 90.... There *was* a hole drilled in that one if I recall correctly

at or just under waterline.

Butttttttt..... This tank setup is completely different and the plumbing that came with is not drillable like that was, also it goes through the ato chamber
