White fish
Clams
Oysters
Muscles
Shrimp
Freeze dried mysis or plankton (prefer plankton) or use both
Squid/ octopus precut into small chuncks and cut so there's not tube body. Remove beaks
I throw a little seachem fuel in.
Blend fish and shrimp
Throw in oysters muscles clams blend lightly
Stir in eggs and mysis/plankton freeze cut into cubes

Squid bodies are tubes. If you don't cut the tube flat they will bind the processor or blender. Squid and octopus have beaks. You have to remove if you buy whole.
Squid and octopus legs and body can and will bind the processor and blender. You have to cut up in small chunks before processing.

If predators and bigger fish just leave in small chunks and stirr in. My fish are small and need smaller bites thats why I blend.
With this food you may not have to dose roids or other foods.
I would still dose phytoplankton. Just my two cents.
