Mine grew huge in a matter of a few months, Started about the same size as those. Never trimmed mine but probably should.

How do you trim these guys?

Eventually it will branch out and form new heads.You just lop off a head(s) with bone cutters or pretty much any thing you can cut it with.

What do you guys feed the corals to make them grow healthy?

I Only feed lps with feeder tentacles, Acans and chalices pretty much, no need to feed anything else.

+1 I've never fed any of my frogs or hammer and they grow just fine.
