not sure if they are palys or zoas but by their size i'm gonna say palys
Polyp size has nothing to do with them being Zoanthids or Palys.
Palys naturally grow on the sand, and incorporate sand in the building of their mats. Zoanthids grow on rocks, naturally and don't incorporate sand into their makeup.
My goodness they're gorgeous! Must've cost a pretty penny though for that mini colony haha. I had to wait a few months for my 2 polyps to become a mini colony that size.
There zoos and grow like crazy.. I got a single polyp and in a month had 4.... There my favorite in my tank super bright...
Mine grow like a weed to! A must have polyp for every tank.
