One of the Utube channels on fish and stuff made a larger version of this but had no plans on making the smaller version so I drew up my own and will get these 3d printed. Any ideas what it is? There are three of these arms

and one base. I will post a photo of the assembly once I get my prototype parts. Any guesses?

No idea. I think I could put it together from your great schematic, but I would have no idea what to do with it after I did that.
 
Hmm... I don't know about various YouTube's but I'll take a guess..

Bracket for a hang on back reactor?
 
As I mentioned previously this is not my design so I will not be selling. Just for my own personal use. I need to adjust the length & height of the 3 fingers. Eventually I will waterjet these out of aluminum

I adjusted the height and length of the white finger. Next, I will have these waterjets cut out of aluminum.
