I have ordered from them several times and have never had any problems!...like reefpets said try contacting them I'm sure there was just misunderstanding

yes i sen then few email even one with i copy of the invoice and still have not here from them.

I ordered from them on November 11th. Same thing. I emailed them, and called the number on the site, which had a "MagicJack" voicemail. Hope they do come through. Exactly what I'm looking for , at a good price.
