They will easily migrate from the sump to all points in the tank. I have fishes to eat mine but they are not as nice as yours.

I have a copper band that keeps them in check in the DTNice Chicago Hellfire OG Aiptasia.

I have cousins in another tank overflow I'd be willing to ship.
I have a small farm of them in another tank overflow I'm thinking about listing for sale
I find it interesting that once I stopped trying to eradicate them in the DT they seemed to almost stop reproducing there. I'm not sure about them spreading spores or not (I'm not smart enough to understand much of the science going on) but they definately spread more in my tanks if I try to kill them. So now we are just co-existing.
