Hi everyone!

last year I started a thread for my Fluval 13.5 and kind of fell off the map due to life and and a new baby. I finally got settled into my condo and really wanted a IM 30L, however after owning a AIO I decided to never go that route again.

Here is my progress for my new set up and hopefully I could keep the updated posts going!
I still need to make a final decision on lighting and might return my OW-10 wave maker and get a MP-10 for the exterior wiring. Ultimately I want a mixed reef with few sps.

I just received my 5 stage RODI from BRS!
I think my tank is going to get wet today!!

Hi all,

I have another update! I got a yoga mat to level out the tank and finally got her wet! I went with instant ocean Sea Salt and got her all dialed in at 1.025.
Next I need to clean out the sand and add it to the tank (thinking of going bare bottom)

I also need to get the wiring dialed in and tucked away but overall she’s coming along.

Another update. I got the wiring tucked away, added a bio media cube and started the protein skimmer break in. I re tested the salinity and temp is still the same!

I’ll test the water in a few days to see how we’re doing.
