So about 2 months ago I was looking through some rock at my local fish store in I noticed a little pink speck not much bigger than a grain of sand. I pointed it out to the owner and we moved it to a separate container. About 2 months later it has grown into this. I finally decided to bring it home yesterday. This colouration is not bleaching. Right now it's about the size of my pinky nail when open. I've seen anemones similar to this colour due to bleaching but I've never seen one hold this colour true. Can anyone help me ID this guy.

It will darken up when it gets bigger, I've had this happen before

It looks like a somewhat bleach bta to me. The pink color is pigments not zooxanthellae. "Bleached refers to the loss o zooxanthellae. When anemone expels its zooxanthellae it does not necessarily expel its pigments too. It is why it looks translucent. They are not always white color to be bleached.

It does not mean it is a goner though being bleached. Allot of times it will come back especially in BTA.

Being that size it could be a majano too but I do not think so. It just looks like a bta that has shrunk over time not getting enough light.
