Majority of the time if it does move it’s a flow issue.. unless you have very weak lights.. they love to bask under metal halides in super high par.

I did recently lower the PAR a bit, I can adjust it back.
 
Bring it up if it’s not gonna hurt your corals.. I’d guess mine is in close to 800 par easily lol.. it sits a few inches under two 250w metal halides and 4 reef brites.
