My RBTA went thru the process of splitting last week, they are now both open and separated by an inch or 2. Just worried now that I may have too much of a good thing.

Congrats on the nems splitting :D If you start getting too many you could always look into selling or trading them.

besides removing the rock it's attached to, how else would one remove it?

Congrats on the split.

Bump for removing anemone from the rock!

You can try pointing a pwerhead at it. I pulled the rock out of my tanked, and kind of ticked the foot with my fingers. Within a couple minutes my let go. I just cut mine up Friday into three pieces!

You can try pointing a pwerhead at it. This didnt work for me but Ive heard about success with others. I just pulled the rock out of my tank, and kind of tickled the foot with my fingers. Within a couple minutes mine let go. I just cut mine up Friday into three pieces!
