Little teaser type update. Not much has gone on with the Tank lately since Fish have been in QT and Tank is still Fish Lesa cycling. Been working on programming apex. 5447D9CA-750D-4B79-ABB9-93EBD9E9FC35.jpeg 29C06A48-7284-4EB9-B432-FBE60ADB251F.jpeg 00E22335-D8F1-450B-A380-3534DA89C9FC.jpeg

Thanks for the kind words! And no it’s not real Reef it’s Neil Fenwik a guy who does custom rock in central Florida. He supply’s world wide Corals now with his rock

I like it! I think i've seen another build on this thread that used this rock.. Good to know for future builds!

So I setup my new skimz reactor today in a bucket to run cheato. It’s going to stay separate from the Tank for another 45 days (it’s been running a month) to ensure no ick or other pests are introduced to the DT. He’s some pictures:

Smart way to QT and grow your Macroalgae at the same time. I have the same skimz with my chaeto already QT from another one of my tanks. So far the skimz is growing my chaeto very well.

A fixture from build my led that has 405nm 420nm 450nm and 470

It's a decorative piece that I got from an old diver in the keys. He got it 40 years ago
Thanks and ATO is going to be Neptune Apex ATK. Can't really talk about it since it's still in beta and we're under NDA. And dosing will be handled by Dós and 2 part
So we have been trying to plan how we are going to mount the powersupplies to the back of the tank while still allowing them to be removable since the space behind the tank to the wall will be only 4". We know ecotech has a velcro mount but they are super expensive for just one ($15). After a bit of searching I found these which are $10 for 10 mounts and $14 for 10 straps. :)

Read the entire build, awesome. Where did you find the tie mounts.

So @Zaffor and I picked up some nice high end SPS frags from @Pirates.Reef. He’s got some serious fire! Here they are once remounted and dipped. Dipped in bayer and they showed no signs of pests.

I’ve purchased from him and was very pleased. The frags I got from him were decent sized also.

You got a nice group of frags from him!
