My Rimless 99.7g

Hi guys. I introduced myself a while ago. Shortly after I suffered a tank crash. I swore I was done with the hobby.

As it turns out I lied to myself. Love to much. So I had a tank built by Glasscages. Not the most popular among a lot of hobbyist. Took my changes anyway.

Tank Rimless just under 100 g
60"Lx24"Wx16"H .
Reefoctopus sss 2000.
Ehiem 1262 return.
2x MP 40.
3x Ai Sol.

Pair of clowns. Female b&w. Male black ice.
Power brown tank.
Blonde naso tang.
3x PJ cardinal.
Cleaner shrimp.
2x peppermint shrimp.

I'm not a carpenter but wanted to try and build the stand myself. Not to bad if I do say myself. Keep the stand open really it that way,at least for the moment. Maybe someday ill make some doors.

Looks great. Im in the beginning stages of a upgrade myself. I have looked at glass cages. What bad stuff have u heard about them?

Thank alot guys. Can't ever see myself ever going back to a trimed cage again.
Not that there's anything wrong with them. Just when you have a Rimless seems like nothing else compares. As far as glascage gos unfortunately its hit or miss with them. Most if not all complaints I hear is silicone work. I had to do very minor silicone clean up. Like when they put the Paine's together and excess silicone squeezes in between. Other wise they did exactly what I asked for.

looks great! i got a customer that did almost the same setup and lighting but they put some kessils between the lights so it can get light between the ai. just an idea.. but it looks great the way it is

That sounds like a great idea. I think I'm getting pretty good coverage although I don't have much sps. Which is going to be my coal in the very near future
