What are your other water parameters doing? Esp nitrates?

suspect something is changing and your coralline on rocks is bleaching... but photos under white lights and more comprehensive water parameter history would help others to help you.

Oh history my apologies. So i had a nutrient crash everything was at 0 for both. Im starting to dose them back up.

Is your salinity stable? Evaporation is highly problematic these days on any of my tanks and cultures that don't use ATO.

being at 0 would be problematic... perhaps just give tank time to settle...

5 fish in 36 gallons wouldn't think you'd need to dose anything since fish need food, just an occasional water change to bring nitrates back down.
