I’m going for my second tank. I had a 75g previously for about 5 years and the tank was an absolute success. I fell in love with this hobby. I now have my own place with my fiancé and want to go for a second build ! I am thinking the Red Sea max reefer 170? (with the sump underneath in the cabinet) I’m looking for a nice 45-50 gallon tank. Any other suggestions other than Red Sea? I like the Red Sea cuz it is almost plug and play filtration plumbing and all that which is amazing. I’m going to go with my own LED lights not the ones they provide btw. I saw some cool nano-ish drop off tanks I would be interested in as well if you know of any reputable company’s. I feel like going a little small this time. Interested in your opinions ! I’m the same but different. My RSR 250 is now 18 months old and I am planning (with my wife’s permission) our second tank. This will be in a different location with more space so my current plan is a RSR 525 XL. Yet to plan all the accessories.

I am a big fan of the RSR design and sump. We don’t have room for anything separate to hold the sump and equipment (e.g. fish room or cabinet) so it has to all fit into the sump and the RSR sump and cabinet gives me all the flexibility I need.

Good luck with your 2nd tank!

Awesome. I’m probably going with the RSR 170

Check out Waterbox Aquariums. Maybe the Marine or Reef line. Browse their site, they have a lot of options!
