My trachy is dying! Help!

Help!!! my Trachy is dying, I don’t know what to do. I did have velvet in my tank that started 4 weeks ago. Calcium is the o it thin outta of wack stays around 300-350 trying to dial it in nitrates at 5ppm phosphate .03 ai Nero 5 tank is 1 year and 2 months old have had the trachy for 4 months parasite was velvet, for the lights I have are hm electronics core xp and the parasite was velvet wiped everything out in a week. I only have emerald crabs then the clean up crew of trochus and nassarius then have a dense population of stomatella snails. All my other corals doing just fine have torches scolys lobo zoas I will.
