Is this too much flow for my trachy

So my trachy was fine for months then it was retracted due to too high flow, i put it in a box and it has fully recovered. I have now got it directly on the sand bed in the lowest flow place i have but when extended the flesh is super extended but does slightly lift in the flow see the pictures below, do you think this is too much and will damage it again and how can i then fix this too high flow? Btw the bubble algea is because i had a big clean out yesterday so there is still some floating around
