My Urchin is covered in Coraline algae, should I be concerned?

Ok, My title is totally clickbate. LOL Just thought it was a funny thing to see. In the past my urchins have been covered in “other things”. But this time it managed to cover it’s self in just coraline chips.

I did chuckle at the picture! Urchins seem to get attached to the strangest things.
