My Vortech Dry Side Just Got Really Loud..

All of the sudden one of my Vortech MP40 dry sides started running extremely loud... it’s almost too annoying to keep running. I tried to adjust its position, but that didn’t help. Anyone have any idea as to why this is happening? They are only 2-3 months old...

When you adjusted, did you turn off before trying to realign the magnets with the wet side? Don’t be surprised if your wet side starts falling off in the tank. My MP40s did something similar in the early months of owning them. Your post reminded me that they don’t do it anymore. You may want to make sure your dry side is supported via tie-wraps just in case the wet side comes loose the dry side will fall.
