Well shoot, the Midas blenny I picked up in the last week or two just died last night and is currently being picked apart by the cuc in a hard to get to spot. So I am now writing this post before attempting removal.


Take it from the top, if it died last night upon your observations then you would remove/ when it died.
You would remove dead like a normal person instantly, like a normal person.
To follow on a question in regards to your 'query'. Please do not quote me, I'm here for learning, if it means I have to question, it's definitely working for me :)

No worries, I removed it but I figured I should type it up before prying off about 10 hermits and then going to type on a touch screen with semi-dry saltwater hands. I hope this benefits someone. I will likely be getting an ICP test now.
