Never seen this before. Approximately 1.5 inches from top to bottom. Any information would be appreciated

Possibly a ducksbill limpet. I have had them as hitch hikers in the past.

This or a Dendrodoris nigra depending if it has a white stripe on its back.

It definitely moves. It wasn’t there a few hours ago. It’s dark blue or black.

I assume it’s a friendly because I haven’t added anything to my tank in months and I haven’t had any issues.
