Never seen this before. Approximately 1.5 inches from top to bottom. Any information would be appreciated

It definitely moves. It wasn’t there a few hours ago. It’s dark blue or black.

I assume it’s a friendly because I haven’t added anything to my tank in months and I haven’t had any issues.

Does it have a hard part on his back like a shield?
