Happy New Year to All!

I introduced my first corals last week and now find a number of mystery guests on my glass and possibly in the water column. Can anyone tell me what these are?

Agreed. Hydroid jellyfish. Generally deemed harmless and will go away on their own in my experience.

Good to know, thank you! I did a little reading and it doesn’t look like they have much in the way of natural predators, but apparently six line wrasses may (or may not) eat them, which is convenient since I have one. It will be interesting to see how that shakes out!

Good trouble: Have mushrooms ever become pests in your aquarium?
