Mystery Heat?

Like the idea, but my overflow does not hold enough water to keep a heater submerged.

It could be my heater is too big (200w), but at this point I'm still leaning towards it being my recirc pump...because I don't think my heater was coming on while set at 72 and yet the sump was still 82deg.

The heater is now set on its lowest setting (69)...
