N and P development when black out, with and without dinoflagelates

As a clarification based on last questions: This test was only what happened with PO4 when dino was killed and other variables were no changed. But as I did dark out, I redid the test with dark out when dino was not existing, and then I didnt get the PO4 raise. I am therefore convinced that the po4 raise was from dead dino. Also not surprising, as Dino can give a substantial amount of mass (very fast) and binds a lot of P as its photosyntetic organism. Maybe I can do as Dan suggested, estimate the mass corresponding to the 10x10 cm area and find out if this matches with known knowledge how much P Dino is binding.

Edit: A quick google search says that Dinoflagelates stands out to be binding more PO4 than many other organisms. As much as 30% of their total mass can be P (says google)...this confirms my own findings. Interesting. I also found a similar test that i did, on YT, that dark out was leading to a quick increase in PO4 in his case aswell.
