Thank you all, a certain thing happened today that lifted my spirits a bit. a few things fell in to place. I could still be made redundant tomorrow, now I am in a position to face the world face on again.
... rolls sleeves up!

The tones and color scheme in ur tank is truely unique. No other reef I've seen holds the depth and darker hues like yours does. It's nice to see beautiful contrast without the neon colors burning my retinas

I just added the little powerhead top right, I need to up the top half flow as well as keep the lps happy!
Scopas went ballistic for about half an hour, not at all happy! ;)
... read 'em and weep, view from my desk chair! :p

I'm still amazed you can keep healthy SPS and still have your LPS that bouncy. I have to hide my LPS in sheltered areas or they completely retract.

The new powerhead is a test, very small sicce.
My montis are looking meh, trying to find a new sweet spot, this might take a while to tune! ;)
... and yes, a mixed reef in 18 inches of water takes a bit of slow fine tuning! :)

Why did u move the gorg?

It got bull dozed by the engineer goby and needed a bit more flow to keep it clean.
I still have zero pe but it seems happy and is growing!
I can take it back to my lfs any time, I won't risk the coral but I would like to make it happy happy!

Hope you get a good news soon. Tank Looking Amazing !!

Thanks fadi, I hit a low spot this evening but no tears, I have been building up to a possible reality for a while, hence the testing and dosing, I need to get this a tad more automated! ;)

My daughter and this keep me focused, the reality kicked in about a week ago, I am secure for 2 more weeks, the not knowing is really bringing my mood down.
I will adapt, I hate when the edges get fuzzy, I like some routine! ;)

The montis appear to like the extra flow, now to figure out how to do that without having another powerhead on the front glass! ;)
