You know when you watch something in the tank and chuckle but feel bad for laughing, I watched a hermit get blown about 20 inches across the tank on the glass and up and over a little sand bank to the left, took about 2 - 3 seconds, yes the flow is strong across there! ;)
Low lights.

I spotted this from across the room, maybe 2 cm, I thought it was a stomatela and told it to hide before it was food!
As soon as I looked at the glass I knew it was a nudi or a slug!
I took these pics quickly and went looking for my dinky creature net so I could pop it in the puddle and get it identified.
... I returned to find a very smug looking tassle file fish and no slug! D'oh! ;Facepalm

A bit of fluff!
Recovering favia, there has been a small change over the past few days, the bit of fluff in the pic is a type of cyano so I have this and the red stuff, go me!
It was strung out along this edge and is now a lot less, I should probably test my nitrates and phos, we could be getting somewhere! :)

I need to get the Indo out later, there is a small area of tip damage that is new on the other side, this is from the front.
It will get a dip and a really good inspection, if it is another crab I will be really annoyed!

It is annoying because the coral in general is really healthy.

There is something in that hole on the left, I might pop a small drop of glue on it.

Honesty in reefing!
When the jewel blenny killed the cave goby she was sumped, I had a string of unexplained fish going missing!
When I caught the jewel blenny from the puddle that killed the basslet and possibly a couple of others I dumped it in the sump with the bigger killer, that was how annoyed I was, only ever seen one since!
... until about 20 minutes ago when I fed pellets and two little faces popped up!
Guilty and happy! :)
My return section is spotless btw! ;)

There is a storm brewing in the twins!
The naso and fff are now both bigger than the S scopas, they are like 4 and 5 in the pecking order.
Things have been getting "friskier" over the past couple of weeks, the marks on the gill cover were not there earlier today, watching!

Everyone needs a ff, I have two hand signals and a head signal it understands, it is used to just me, he freaked when my daughter came around on Monday and she loves the tanks and is calm around them!
