I fragged this a few days ago, it had a few dead tips and coraline issues on old stem damage.
It had poor pe on the scape for about a year, go figure!? ;)

what type of coral has this barnacle attached itself to? I've had one living within my hammer since I got it about a year ago. super cool little critters.

In other news, there is a shop I visit once a month or so, it had the sister piece to this in the £8 rescue section, it will be fragged!

Things I have been meaning to do for 10 months, ...
I did the last tube change in June last year, it is due.
One of the eight tubes was broken, a blue plus.
The only tube I had spare was an aqua blue special, hateful "white" tube imo.
I swapped it out today, giesemann blue equivalent in.
... the point ...
I know a lot of people like viewing under blues, 8 T5s and 80% (max they are set to) 75 watt led today at max lights.
I get 4 - 6 hours of watching this change colour, you can keep your blues! ;)

I'm not a fan, of the Aqua Blue Special either.

I like the KZ Genii for a full daylight T5 bulb... JMO
But... It's a par monster ;Wideyed and you can cook some corals :eek: real fast with the Genii.

I took it out of the first Pacific Sun hybrid because it was too harsh, I should have just snapped it there and then so I couldn't use it again!

... In other news, of all the things I needed to emergency frag the goni and favia would not have been top of the list!
2 more small favia frags done last weekend, also to save the main piece. pics if they make it past a week, both partial heads. ;)
