Anyone know of a good nano skimmer that will fit in the back of a oceanic 29g biocube? I've found a few but most nano skimmers I find have reviews that describe reliability issues. Figured this would be the best place to ask!

Here are the dimensions of the back sump.

I run mine skimmerless. 5 gallon weekly water changes and an air stone in the third chamber for gas exchange (which is probably not necessary). I tried the coral life skimmer and the aquatic life 115. I didn’t like either and don’t feel it’s absolutely necessary in 29 gallon aquarium. I have seen people say they like the icecap k-1 skimmer.

My LFS highly recommended I return the coral life skimmer and run skimmerless when I was just starting out. Unfortunately, water changes are quite difficult for me in my current living situation (its complicated) and I need something that will help keep the tank clean between changes. The icecap k-1 looks great and is within my price range. Thanks for the input, really appreciate it. :)
