Oh yea, six line wrasse might be good. They say they are “aggressive” but the one I got isn’t. So I think it depends on some individuals for six line wrasse.

From what I've read, they are peaceful when they small for first 2-3 years, and then they grow up to 3.5 inches, inspect the tank, and if it isn't comfortable for them enough they start attacking everyone for the sake of it. I've planned a sixline for my upgrade, but chance of it eating all my brittle stars and beating my small fishes does not fill me with confidence. But on the other hand if i buy it small i can get away with it for a few years...

What do you supplement feed a strawberry conch ?

Any algae wafers that it will eat. I use hikari algae wafers. I tie them to a small piece of sps skeleton and put it in front of the conch. Both conch and other snails enjoy it. Mine didn't eat nori or flakes, even tho other snails devpured it. I also recommend getting small active individuals, because i had one for a year, but it was flegmatic from the start, stopped eating much for a few months and then died. I think it was dinos and cyano that got it. The new one is much more active and i don't have as much dinos and cyano. I hope diatoms will bloom instead, at least they are a food source for animals.

PS: if it can't find enough food in the sand, the conch can start eating algae from the rocks and from the glass.

Also i will add about snails and crabs. Get small dove snails and small species of hermits, i think dwarf reds/dwarf blue legs are readily available. These work good and add another layer to the ecosystem. There are also tiny few mm long snails that look like mini turbos, but I don't remember the name.

Biota bauns or links goby are good algae eaters and should not be overlooked.

Cool thanks, I just got a strawberry conch and was thinking I may have to supplement its diet. Mine is on the small to medium size and def cruises around the sandbed so seems like I got a good one. I'll pick up some algae wafers, thanks.
