Old like waiting on BP to come drop a tap in the backside to discover oil:waaaht:
Oh wait are we talking about H@rry

I'm not sure what you'd get from the tap but I don't think it would be oil!

BTW, I've forgotten about almost everything that happened to me when I was 50. As a matter of fact, I've forgotten everything that happened to me on Wednesday. BUT, I can remember a lot of things that happened 40 years ago. Do you remember the Beatles, mini-skirts, 8 track tapes, LP albums, carburetors, Richard Petty, black and white television, etc.

Hey I had an 8 track player in my first truck, but dam it was a pain finding those things......That was when I found out about the Beatles. Mini-skirts ya we had those in the 80's.... LP's were going out but Cassettes were the rage.......... Carbs and Richard Petty went hand in hand but you got me on the black and white TV's. All I can say that must have sucked..........

Hold on am I trying to compare myself (33) to you two, I might want to reconsider this post.

I have to say I can remember the black and white TV's with 4 channels until the president had something to say. Then you had 1 channel. The remote control has to be the biggest thing that has ever happened to TV.

Way before the remote control; parents sent the kids outside to "move the aerial" to Selma or Montgomery. The antanne (aerial) was on a long piece of pipe fastened loosely to the side of the house with clamps that allowed them to be twisted-rotated to point it in a different direction. This was long before the "rotor". We could get 2 channels; 12 in Montgomery and 8 in Selma. Don't even try to talk about "cable".
