Have had this Naso tang in a QT for the last week, along with some other fish. This morning I found him just laying at the bottom of the tank. I placed him in a separate container and added an extra airline to see if it helps. 10 hours later and he’s still just hanging out at the bottom of the container. The video is from when I first removed Him from the QT. The photo is from when I just got home from work. All the other fish are acting normal.

Unfortunately, it’s going to die. I would highly suggest refraining from qt’ing delicate fish unless you have significant experience doing so
Yeah unfortunately he just passed. I didn’t realize Naso’s were that sensitive. You don’t want to QT them, H202 bath or do any thing with them at all?
