Nasty gurgling sound in overflow on reefer 350

Nasty sound like gurgling happening no matter the flow.
Any help?

I believe that @OrchidMiss had problems (and a solution) for her overflow...

Mine gurgles when I overfill the sump and the water level gets too high; I also needed to find the optimal water level for my in-sump RSK-300, as that also affected the water flow through the system.

Wish I could help, but I think you're referring to someone else.
I don't have an overflow on any of my tanks.

Well, your water level's not that high. Can you post some pics of your sump and downflow area? What type of pump do you have for your return?

Hm. That's twice the power for a return stipulated in the manual. What type of setting do you have on the return? If it's at max flow, I'd reduce and check. You may have too much flow going through your return, forcing you to have your valve open at the max position so that you don't end up draining your sump.

trust me the flow is really really really slow i have it set to 3% or smth

How long have you had this setup? Mine gurgled for the first two weeks before it "settled" in (translation: before I fiddled with the valve, skimmer placement, and return pump). It's been running quite silently for the past two years now.

Thank you too everyone for your help I have fixed the issue the solution was that i had no idea how to control the overflow valve on my reefer 350
